Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Please contact us before returning any item to obtain return instructions.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a product defect, damage, or our error, the return shipping cost will be covered by us.
For other return reasons, shipping costs may apply and will be confirmed by our support team.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change an item, please request a return and place a new order separately.

Order Cancellation

If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a full cancellation and receive a full refund.
If your order has already shipped, please follow the return process after delivery.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3 business days.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 1–3 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method.

Final Sale & Time Limits

Return requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery may not be eligible for a refund.
